The Heart and Hands Clinic

The Hearts & Hands Clinic provides free medical and dental care to Bulloch County residents. Those who qualify have chronic conditions, no medical insurance, and are ineligible for Medicaid and Medicare. You must be 18 years of age and older and live at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines.

Requirements to Receive Services:

• Must be uninsured 
• 18 years of age or older
• Bulloch county resident 

How to Start: 

1. Call them at the number provided and they will schedule an appointment. 
2. The patient must show proof of 
   1. income
   2. proof of residency (driver's license, utility bill, etc.).

Time to Service: 

• Up to one week
