ACTS - Area Christians Together in Service

This is a faith-based emergency financial assistance program for Bulloch and surrounding counties. They mainly focus on utilities, bills, and other kinds of financial assistance. 

Costs: 

• No Costs 

Requirements to Receive Services:

• No college students 
  • Rare exceptions apply 
    • Have children 
• Must be 18+ years or older

How to Start: 

• Call their number or reach out through email to make initial contact about assistance needs. They are open on Wednesdays from 9-11am for services. 
• Go through the paperwork process. This includes
  •  social security card
  • photo ID
•  Then are screened to be helped right away or referred elsewhere 

Time to Service:

• Same day service
